Winemaking: This wine is made from selected collection of individual clusters of muscat grapes Garganega and slowly left to dry for about 90 days in small boxes on the capacity of 4 kg in fruttaie well ventilated . The grapes are pressed and concentration full of the must is left to ferment in barrels. The wine then stop in aging for 15/20 months in small oak barrels , medium toast .
Type of grapes : 50 % Garganega , 50 % Yellow Muscat .
Alcohol content: 14,5% vol .
